Bilingual Dispatcher
Just in Time Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher for our Bensenville location. We specialize in staffing light industrial, warehouse and administrative jobs for our clients. We help clients hire long term temp, temp to hire or direct hire applicants.
$12 - $14/hour
This is a full time OR part time position that starts immediately. We are looking for a candidate who has most of the following skills:
-Being able to interact with all levels of client base.
-Phone & computer skills
-Data entry
-Detail oriented
Must Be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Experience in Dispatching or Recruiting
SCHEDULE:
Minimum availability is: Monday thru Friday, 2pm-7pm, and some weekends and holidays. Opportunity for full-time if desired. We provide a cell phone and some of the work can be done from home!

-Recruiting applicants
-Interviewing applicants
-Communicating with clients
We offer an excellent compensation package and PTO package. Salary is commensurate with experience and for those bringing in new customers, a very lucrative commission schedule.
