Job Duties
-Follow up on outstanding proposal opportunities at predetermined intervals. Update and maintain CRM database to enable accurate tracking and projection of sales.
-Assist with proposal generation.
-Assist sales team with follow-ups to clients including thank you emails, appointment setting (both internally and externally), as well as other outreach.
-Proactively manage appointment setting and travel logistics for all field sales representatives.
-Help ensure client prospects are responded to in a timely manner and ensure outstanding questions and requests are tracked.
-Provide general administrative support to the sales team including coordinating meetings, calls, conferences, and calendars.
-Complete projects as assigned including reports, data entry and auditing, prospect mailings and any similar tasks.
-Assist with job bidding and project management.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision to support Management and Executive Team.
-Any additional tasks assigned by management.
Current Requirements & Skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software
-Knowledge of Adobe and CRM Software
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
-Organized with strong administrative skills
-Ability to read, write and speak in English
-Ability to pass criminal background screening
Educational Requirements
oHigh School Diploma or GED
oSome College Preferred
