MIG Welders
MIG Welding - Responsible for manual MIG welding of production parts and / or TIG repair of rework parts while maintaining required quality and production standards.
-Job involves lifting and carrying 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 lbs. Occasionally, exerts 25 to 100 lbs. Of force occasionally and exerts 10 to 20 lbs. Of force constantly to move objects.
-Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, gripping and bending as well as considerable twisting.
-MIG production Welders
welding: /16th inch Stainless Steel pipe with Aluminum coating.
Average 75-80 parts/hour.
Weld Specifications/ Pre-set controls:
.045 409 Wire
21.5 -- 23 Volts
450 -- 480 Speed
High mental and visual efforts required
Ability to work any shift upon placement:
1st 6:30am - 3:00pm
2nd 4:00pm - 12:30am
3rd 10:30pm - 6:45am
Willing to work overtime when required - up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week.
All applicant requirements:
3 months to 1 year welding experience.
Drug Screen and Background Check required.
Proof of High School Diploma / GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., can be repetitive lifting.
Able to pass preliminary pre-placements test.
