Provides support to the New Parent Support Program, including home visitation, parent education, classes on health-related topics and linkage with community services.
Provides comprehensive services to include Family needs assessments, parent education training; child development information; play groups; crisis intervention; coordination community of resources for the Family; and other supportive services that prevent child maltreatment.
Provides timely, effective, confidential and intensive early primary and secondary prevention services to at risk expectant and new parents.
Provides home visitation services to families with children zero to three years of age who have been assessed to be at risk for child maltreatment and/or domestic violence.
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
2.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
3.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
4.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
5.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
6.
Participates in special projects as required.
Experience/Qualifications Needed:
At least 2 years of direct work experience in child abuse or domestic abuse or maternal or child health; medical social work; community/public health or mental health.
Must have a current, valid unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker clinical license and a Master's Degree in Social Work; or at least a bachelor's degree in nursing and a current unrestricted nursing license in one of the States or territories.
No substitution for education or licensing requirements is possible.
Position will last between 90 to 120 days.
