Job Description:
In this leadership role, the Regional Kitchen Manager will ensure optimal restaurant financial results for multiple locations, outstanding guest service and food quality while providing the restaurants' management teams and co-workers with opportunities for everyone to be successful. The Regional Kitchen Manager position includes heavy customer contact, along with supervising and directing the energies of each restaurant's management team. The Regional Kitchen Manager will operate his/her region with minimum day to day supervision. Travel is required for this position. The Regional Kitchen Manager must be systems oriented and strong with numbers.

Must have at least 5
years of current experience as a Multi-Unit Kitchen Manager overseeing BOH Operations at a minimum of 4 locations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Management
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Regional Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
