Address clients general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and the support of budget and forecast activities. Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely work. Research and resolve clients accounting issues. Supervise and train staff accountants. Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations for proper classification and valuation. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for high net worth clients. Keep firms professional library updated. Apply FASB Pronouncements, GAAP and GAAS Standards to professional engagements.
Review and approve corporate, partnership, organization, and individual income tax returns. Review and approve sales tax and personal property tax returns. Prepare income tax returns for exempt organizations and high net worth individuals. Supervise payroll tax return preparations. Troubleshoot tax issues.
For employer, Neeka Accountancy Corporation: approve and pay accounts payable; reconcile accounts receivable; conduct month-end closing, including bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation; prepare payrolls; post journal entries and monthly financial statements; and assist in performing audits.
Special Skills
Must have passed all sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examinations conducted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
