We are looking for someone with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC experience. The individual will be responsible for general building and facilities maintenance at our clients facilities in Pikeville and Hazard, KY.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with overtime and emergency call out response

Responsibilities:
Electrical: Perform construction and maintenance of building electrical systems utilizing appropriate electrical and building codes including trouble-shoot electrical problems; install and repair lighting fixtures, receptacles and switches; replace electric motors, starters, controls and relays; repair and adjust overhead doors and sliding gale operators; and install conduit, breakers and panels for electrical, control, communications and computer equipment. Return warranted or incorrect parts to the supplier and obtain the proper replacement or credit.
HVAC: Working knowledge of HVAC systems and basic maintenance experience required. Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on and be able to operate various types of HVAC-related equipment, emergency generators and other general building mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. Utilizing appropriate test equipment, industry standards and the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building codes: trouble-shoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing equipment including install and repair plumbing fixtures; replace HVAC filters; install duct work and registers; repair and adjust air handlers, pumps and compressors; and clean condenser coils. Procure quality parts and material in the most economical manner.
Plumbing: unclog stopped-up drains; repair and replace leaking plumbing fixtures, electric water coolers and ice machines; install and repair copper water lines and associated pipe covering, black iron and galvanized pipe lines, and hot water heaters.
Carpentry: hand and adjust doors; install and repair hardware; install plastic laminate tops; install and repair resilient floor tile, stair treads and rubber base; install chair rail and other wood trim, install metal and fiber acoustical ceilings; slab and step forms, building and/or repair sidewalks; install and/or repair portable partitions.
General Maintenance: Perform general building maintenance including but not limited to the following: pour, finish and patch concrete; patch plaster drywall and masonry; make minor and temporary repairs to roofing; paint; repair furniture; hang picture frames, tackboards, chalkboards and window blinds.
Assist others in higher classifications in performing preventative maintenance, modification, repair and installation of various HVAC-related equipment.
Assist in keeping building prints, records and files updated.
Must have the ability to work independently and be self directed
Operate Company vehicle as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have current master electrical license valid in state of Kentucky.
Must live in the Pikeville, KY area.
Must have a thorough knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems and structures. Ability to apply local, state and national codes to assigned work.
Should have a high school education or equivalent education and/or experience.
Must have ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, schematics and diagrams and relate them to the assigned work.
Must possess the physical capabilities required to perform the assigned work.
Must possess knowledge of the tools and equipment used in the performance of duties.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
