AAA Customer Service - Martinsburg (part-time)
AAA EAST CENTRAL is looking for an energetic, driven, and talented individuals to join our team in a part-time customer service role that will be available at our Martinsburg branch office. Candidates must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:
00am-5:
00pm and Saturday, 9:
00am-1:
00pm. This position starts at $9.23 per hour, based upon experience.
THE CAREER
We are looking for a part-time Branch Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and assist members with a wide variety of available products and services.
Prepare TripTiks , provide maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
Assist with hotel and car rental reservations and provide auto-travel destination information.
Promote, sell, and upgrade AAA memberships and process payments.
Identify cross-selling opportunities, such as special attraction tickets or travel related merchandise.
Issue passport photos.
Balance and reconcile cash drawer.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
HS Diploma or GED.
2 years of customer service experience.
PC literacy and data entry skills.
Ability to operate office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Must pass criminal background check.
