Quality Control Inspector
Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Inspector must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings (prints). The Quality Control Inspector must be experienced with mechaniccal inspection techniques using a variety of metrologies such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, optical comparators, etc. Some computer knowledge is necessary such as Word, Excel, Outlook, along with basic math skills are required. The candidate must work closely with quality director, engineering, logistics and customer service groups.
Objectives:
Quality Control Inspector is responsible to verify product conformance and to meet delivery schedules.
Identify nonconforming product when it is submitted and assure product is kept segregated from conforming material.
Support Quality Supervisor and Quality Control Technician as required (Screening parts, helping with network) as requested.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
