Certified Occupational Therapist Assistance (COTA)
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our Nursing Home Facility in the Ottawa, IL area.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will:
Assist the OT in Planning, organizing, developing and administering of the Occupational Therapy treatment
Be part of an interdisciplinary team
Flexible schedule
Excellent pay
Have initiative and be innovative
Provide direct patient care
Do a comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and provision of therapy
Contribute to program development, quality improvement, program assessment, and departmental policy and procedure development
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Must be licensed in the State of Illinois
Must be comfortable working with Geriatric Patients
Provide skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant services / interventions in accordance with orders
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
Establish a daily routine and timeline Assess patient's progress
Positive energetic and professional
New Grads are welcome to applyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
