Analyze and integrate data from various systems into meaningful reports to assist management formulate healthcare policy related to national patient safety goals. Analyze, define, develop and modify detailed specifications and models for report creation distribution methods. Confer with various functional teams to perform gap analysis to determine reporting needs of the medical center. Review and make recommendations to improve reporting processes and related documentation using Crystal Reports Business Objects, Clarity and relational databases. Utilizing knowledge of statistical analysis of data.
Requires Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Bio/statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field. Successful candidates must be able to pass an aptitude test.
