As part of this function, Compliance Technology is involved in developing sophisticated surveillance models with improved operational efficiency.
Perform technical data analysis
Perform Data analysis to identify pattern and anomalies for the core business objectives.
Perform business analysis for Compliance IT business including Control Room Surveillance and Insider Surveillance development and logic building.
Articulate data profile, present the business case and depict it pictorially by leveraging tools like Excel , Visio.
Use Excel and databases including SQL and Oracle to analyze data from upstream systems and write detailed function and technical specifications in accordance with business requirements, in order to ensure accuracy and improve efficiency.
Prepare process flow diagrams for end to end requirements.
Develop, document and revise system design procedures, and test procedures for quality standards.
Prepare and review test strategy documents.
Perform system testing, and maintain and monitor applications including vendor tool as Actimize.
Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing process and solving related malfunctions and program issues.
Liaise with compliance stakeholders and other IT teams regarding issues including data quality in transaction and reference feeds and establishing service level agreements, in order to ensure efficient delivery of technical solutions.
Use project management software programs including MS Project to create project plans and manage project deliverables.
Understanding
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree

years of experience in business analysis.

years of data analysis

years of Investment banking industry experience

Team player
Strong communications skills
Investment banking experience or Compliance experience might be considered preferred for a given job rather than required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Exposure to Agile methodology
Exposure to testing tools like Quality CenterEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
