Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in an operative and safe working condition.
The leader is accountable for maintaining an effective department, for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices.
Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes.
Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as the technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team.
