Responsibilities
Coordinating training classes, meetings, and catering needs of the company
Promptly answering phones, greeting all visitors in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner
Creatively identify opportunities to enhance employee relations among our staff
Assist H.R. department with scheduling interviews, organizing candidates information, and administering personality assessments
Tracking and ordering supplies
Oversee and schedule office related repairs
Job Duties

Act as administrative assistant for internal and external customers
Managing office functions
Skills
Proficient working in Word, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional work ethic
Multi-tasking in fast-paced office environment

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
