Reliability Superintendent

Our client is currently seeking a Reliability Superintendent.
The Maintenance Reliability Superintendent guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems and defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines the preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
This individual will also coordinate these efforts with operations, maintenance team and Management to ensure thorough understanding, approval, and endorsement by all parties.
Lead and develop our Maintenance Reliability Staff (3 direct salaried, 15 hourly) at our client's facility.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Ensures that preventive/predictive services and inspections are performed when due and that resultant corrective work returns the equipment to the maximum state of readiness and is performed in a timely fashion.
Works with Maintenance, engineering and Management teams to design systems to ensure the maintainability of new and modified equipmentInterfaces with all Departmental managers to ensure customer deadlines are metTracks and evaluates numerous Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Maintenance performance data, identify trends, and recommend courses of action to address needs.
Uses SAP and production databases to determine effective maintenance schedules and predictive parts replacement that will improve reliability.
Influences the selection of materials, equipment, and spare partsMaintains reliability project records to ensure they are completed on time and at or under budgetSupports Maintenance Supervisors in development of maintenance procedures that are safety conscious, environmentally sound, technically appropriate for the plant.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related technology requiredMinimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, or relevant Co-op/ InternshipEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProject Management SkillsSoftware Proficiency:
MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and MS Power Point.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
