Motorcycle and ATV Technician
Advantage Powertsports is looking for a full-time Service Technician that is willing and ready to utilize their technical knowledge and hands-on skills to benefit our powersport customers!
We are seeking experienced mechanics with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership environment. Formal training from MMI, Wyotech or other recognized schools is a plus but is not required. Factory certifications are also a plus. In addition, the potential for additional factory certifications and training are available for our full-time mechanics to meet the demands of our customers and dealership needs.
Our dealerships are family owned and operated with over 38 years of experience in the Midwest and have been recognized by industry professionals as a Dealernews Top 100 Dealer. Our multi-line dealership proudly carries Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, Yamaha, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and Spyder.
Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off. We offer an excellent benefit package including health insurance, vacation time, retirement, and more.
Job requirements include:
- Must own your own tools
- Current valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
- Minimum of 2 years mechanical experience
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
