TITLE: Technical Team Lead
DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading a remote team via daily scrum and task direction via TFS rather than engaging in coding.
Responsible for ownership of the quality of code across the entire suite of applications and participate in a rigorous process of iteration planning, code review, and managing releases.
TFS source control, work item management, and build management
C#, SQL, WCF, MVC, Web API, experience with client side libraries (JQuery, Knockout.js, Backbone.js, Guards.js), JSON
Six years programming experience in C#, SQL, WCF, TFS, MVS, SQL and web application development
Must have participated in software development, deployment and post deployment support
Willing to work around a global release schedule, often early or late at night
Willing to participate in an on call rotation including weekends
Desired skills:
Development and application integration with Sitecore
Twitter Bootstrap, Elasticsearch, Event Sourcing, IoC containers
Build and deployment automation
Experience working with decentralized teams across multiple time zones
Global project deployment experience
Act as a technical representative during releases, meetings with business advisors, project management, and other internal teams
Scoping out work requests, determining business needs, and providing reliable estimates
Managing TFS work item queues
Code review and application testing
Proactively monitoring application for issues via DynaTrace
Task assignment and follow-up
EDUCATION REQUIRED OR DESIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS) preferred.
Contract to hire position

Local Dallas/Ft Worth candidates preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
