Accounts Receivable Manager
Major fortune 500 company is seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivables Manager
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include managing the Shared Service Center (SSC) and working with Business Unit Finance Leadership to:
Develop a strong understanding of AR processes in the Businesses Unit supported
Establish, publish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and key performance metrics (KPI's)
Identify and implement staffing plans that include employee development and backup coverage
Develop and implement a transition plan for bringing new work to the SSC
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Benchmark processes internally and externally to identify best practices
Implement finance transformation approved strategies/projects to standardize, simplify and automate
Implement strategies to leverage scale across Aerospace companies to best support future growth projections
Communicate with Aerospace business units on SLA's, KPI's, staffing and strategic items
Achieve financial and operational targets
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
5-7 years of related experience required.
Proven leadership skills

Project management skills
Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Demonstrated Accounts Receivable Management/Leadership Experience
Intermediate to expert level experience with Excel and SAP
Experience with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
