Bay Nursing, Inc. is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Care Team. This Position will service our patients living in the Central Macomb and Eastern Portions of Oakland Counties.

Responsibilities for this contingent position include (but are not limited to):
oProvide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
oCollaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
oAdminister treatments involving application of physical agents/modalities.
oRecommend, instruct, motivate and assist patient to perform various physical activities and in use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes and prostheses.
Minimum requirements for this position:
oGraduate of a Physical Therapy Curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
oOne to two years related experience and/or training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
