Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Rep - Temp to Hire - $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
Enter orders as they are received from customers
Invoice orders in ERP system.
Create and maintain customer profile in ERP system.
Research and provide information to customers, credit department, and/or sales representatives with any short-payments and over-payments by utilizing the ERP system.
Communicate with customers via telephone and email on a continuous and constant basis.
Enter complaints into Customer Complaint System as they are received from customers to ensure prompt resolution and improve business relationship with customers.
Enter pricing information into ERP system as it is received from sales and/or marketing departments via email.
Learn and understand regular customers, their accounts, their products, their needs, and their order habits.
Provide backup support for other customer service coordinators.
Managing customer accounts with exceptional communication to ensure they are satisfied with our service.
Contribute additional efforts as needed or requested, normally at month-end to complete closing in time for reporting purpose
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent computer skill

years customer service experience
