Contract Immigration Attorney with 1-2 years experience

Matawan office is seeking a contract attorney with 1-2 years of business immigration experience with exceptional writing skills to provide support to one of its legal teams for a period of at least 90 days or longer.
Candidate will assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States, prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees, and support clients in immigration program management and compliance among other duties.
RFE Response, PERM and H1-B experience is a plus.
Candidate must have bar membership, preferably NY.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
