Plant/Production Manager

Nobis Agri Science is a specialized feed manufacturer and our production plant manufacture's mineral/premix feed. Nobis Agri Science is seeking a dedicated, hard-working, full-time individual who is concerned about our business and the quality of the products it manufactures. The selected candidate will start work as a management trainee for the first 90 days. Once completed, will be moved to the position of Production Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree
Experience in the Agriculture Sector
Experience with Feed Mixing
Excellent Computer Proficiency
Mechanical Ability
Strong Problem-Solving Skills
Proven Project Management Experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Focus on Accuracy and Detail
Job Responsibility:
Oversee processing operations area, including processing plant, maintenance, and warehouse. Ensure S.O.P.'s are properly enforced.
Monitor and oversee the daily/routine activities of the Production Team from the floor.
Manage all inventory processes, elimination of waste and proper flow and rotation in all processing areas.
Accountable for daily production and delivery schedule and overseeing the production staff.
Receive commodities and check the quality of the product to ensure it meets company standards
Oversee and conduct daily audits/reviews of processing facilities independently and in conjunction with manager to ensure that efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity meet Company and Customer standards and expectations. Maintain and manage quality to make it sure meets FDA guidelines.
Communicate with customers to address needs, priorities, questions and complaints and respond effectively.
Participate in cross-training of self and other employees

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
