University Educational Coordinator
Job Summary
Responsible for date entry for HCP compliance tracking, assisting with processing of materials requests for university and continuing education programs and support administrative functions for educational programs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Hours- 1st shift
Pay- 15.69 per hour

50 ? Assist with shipping and receiving of materials to support global education/training related activities. This is inclusive of creating outgoing materials tracking mechanisms and verifying the receipt of materials at the conclusion of programming. This may also include re-stocking, re-assembling and maintenance of materials.
20 ? Coordinate and track CBSC education events.
15 ? Coordinate HCP travel arrangements.
10 ? Obtain and track deliverables for education events.
5 ? Assist with additional education tasks as required.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
? Ability to conduct moderately physical activities including but not limited to packaging, lifting, carrying and shipping up to 50 lbs
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
? Exceptional organizational and time management skills
? Ability to prioritize tasks based upon fluctuating priorities and timelines.
? Computer proficiency commonly used Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships within and outside of the organization.
? Ability to work without close supervision and produce quality work.
? Willing to work overtime to complete projects in a timely manner.
Education/ Experience Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent is required
Travel Requirements
? Up to 5%Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
