Restaurant District Manager Job Description
In this leadership role, the Restaurant District Manager will ensure optimal restaurant financial results for multiple locations, outstanding guest service and food quality while providing the restaurants' management teams and co-workers with opportunities for everyone to be successful. The Restaurant District Manager position includes heavy customer contact, along with supervising and directing the energies of each restaurant's management team. The Restaurant District Manager will operate his/her region with minimum day to day supervision. Travel is required for this position.

Qualifications
3
years of current Restaurant District Manager experience overseeing a minimum of 4 stores
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Has a sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has guest focus mentality
Ability to drive sales and guest service initiatives by motivating team members
Understands Profit and Loss Reports, Food Cost, Inventory, Food Safety and Sanitation Requirement
Ability to hire, train and develop Management
