The Opportunity
SalesMakers Inc has partnered with Sprint to recruit and fill over 3000 positions nationwide! We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to provide leadership and direction for all Call Center operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your management experience will ensure the success of our Call Center Recruiting Team!
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management for the Supervisor Team and the Recruiting Team in a Call Center environment
Act as a major resource for possible issues that may arise
Offer coaching and support to team members
Monitor staff to ensure compliance with set rules and regulations
Act as a liaison with upper management to relay status updates and concerns
Establish standard procedures and ensure their follow through
Produce reports and track information utilizing spreadsheets
Demonstrate proper calling techniques to ensure recruiting success
Schedule shifts for team members
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable working within a demanding fast-paced environment
Motivated self-starter
Demonstrated collaborator with a team minded attitude
Proven leadership abilities in a management role
Ability to build and implement strategies
Prior scheduling experience
Requirements:
40 hours per week with mandatory Saturday Shifts
Availability to work different shifts (8 to 5, 10 to 7, 1- 9)
At least 5 years of Call Center Management experience
Preferably a Bachelors Degree
Proficient in Ms Office
