CDL OTR Class A Drivers
THIS IS AN OTR JOB!!
Looking for Serious Drivers will take 6 Months Experience with Good Driving Record.
Must Speak, Read, Write, English!
PAY RATE
$.40cpm
$25 per stop
$40 driver assist for every outbound customer load from Muscatine, IA; Orleans, IN; Cedar Town, GA
These drivers should be grossing $1100
per week with the increases shown above.
STONG STEADY MILES 2700
per week. We need drivers that are runners and like to get miles on this account. Unfortunately home time is not a selling point for this account.
o Drivers typically average 2700-3000 miles per week. 55-60K plus annually for a hard worker on this account.
o $25 stop pay -- (we don't pay for the final) 80% of the loads are multi stop. A lot of loads will have 3 or more stops
o $40 driver assist pay for EVERY outbound customer load out of Orleans, IN, Cedar Town, GA or Muscatine, IA (whether they touch freight or not) Drivers will have 2
sometimes maybe as many as 4 per week.
o 10-15% driver/tail gate assist -- it is office furniture typically lighter weight stuff on sanded floor trailers. So they may have to slide boxes of furniture to back of trailer
o Equipment -- mostly 2013 and newer Macks
o Health benefits 1st of month after 60 days -- dental & vision 1st of month after 90th day of employment

I can get drivers home every other week, the only caveat being some flexibility on the times they arrive/depart, as it may be under a load, depending on where they live. Southern & western TX, all the way to Brownsville & Corpus Christi, El Paso, sometimes into NM, all along the Gulf coast in every state along the way, into FL occasionally, into NC every week, sometimes SC. Very little OH, IN, or IL. It's also good for drivers that enjoy being planned out, knowing what they are going to be doing for the next few days or week, rather than sitting waiting for their next load. We do not run the Northeast and not much going west of Roswell, NM
Above all, it is an account that is dedicated to a customer, not a lane. We don't run back and forth from one location to another. We are professional drivers, servicing the account by delivering to their customers safely and on time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
