Currently seeking a Director of Surgical Services in the southern area of New Mexico at a medium state of the art acute care facility.
The ideal candidate will must have for-profit experience working as a Director of Surgical Services for an acute care hospital.
The responsibilities of the Director of Surgical Services Maintains adherence to hospital policies, procedures and regulations Develops and coordinates the financial management for departments of direct responsibility Directs department activities through supervisory personnel Demonstrates well-defined organizational and time management skills Strong leadership, physician relations, staff development, growing volumes, and scheduling efficiencies.
Offering Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Requirement of the Director of Surgical Services Graduate of an approved or accredited school of nursing Current RN license 3
years as Director of Surgical Services for a for-profit acute care hospital.
BLS certified Certification in specialty area of practice, preferred Would you like to apply to this job?.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
