Manager needed for High Volume Beachfront Restaurant and Entertainment Venue Must be a Rock Star with casual high volume & bar experience, big personality, high energy, great image, engaging, roll-up-the-sleeves hands-on style, great trainer/leader and can-do attitude.
Should have:
High volume experience (over $10M) in a high energy casual restaurant setting but will trade volume for everything else.
Can be a current GM or AGM with less volume.
Background balanced between independent and corporate structure/systems is good.
Experience scheduling a large team using Hot Schedules.
Heavy bar background is a plus.
Big on training and leadership.
Social media proficient.
