ReportingReports directly to the Warehouse Manager Primary ResponsibilitiesStrong logistical/distribution experienceManage inventory (Shipping, Ordering, Stocking, etc)Review necessary information sheetsLoad, secure and protect product in delivery vehicleOffload, merchandiseAssist with merchandise returnsOther tasks as assigned by managementAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.
MS Office Suite proficiencyAttention to detail and proactivityClear communication skillsKnowledge of warehouse safety routinesProven warehouse supervisory experiencePast experience managing staff (Hiring, Training, Performance Management, etc)Excellent organization, analytic and interpersonal skillsTeam player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment As a Warehouse Supervisor at Aaron's, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
