Outsource is on the hunt for college-educated, energetic leaders who are authentic, self-motivated and looking for a long-term career in recruiting and sales!
The position involves a base salary plus bonuses. We offer benefits, 401k, six holidays and paid vacation time. First-year recruiters have the opportunity to quickly move into full-cycle recruiting and qualify for our annual awards trip. The past two years the trip has been hosted in Cancun. This is very unique in our industry: Most companies make you wait at least one year.
In your career with Outsource, you start by sourcing and recruiting candidates. With mastery, you can move into commission-based senior-level recruiting, account management, inside sales, outside sales, regional management - depending on where your skills are optimized.
Shortly after your hire date, you will spend at least one week in our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, for training.

Job Description
The basic functionality involves locating and qualifying candidates within the industry that we service. These are the primary areas of responsibility:
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Post job openings on the internet to increase available candidate pool and develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement employment
Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Conduct testing of skills and in-office interviews
Generate leads through reference checks and networking
Present candidates to Recruiter for further consideration
Metrics
We have a lot of fun on the job, but we also believe in setting measurable, realistic goals and achieving them. To that end, Outsource recruiters focus on hitting these metrics:
Effectively identify at least 10 candidates relevant to Outsource's serviced industries, covering multiple geographic regions
Make approximately 50 calls per day
Assist in the placement of at least one candidate on a long-term job
Provide weekly reporting on activity (# of client submittals, # of client interviews, # of candidate interviews, etc.)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred, and/or recent military experience
Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet browsing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability & willingness to take direction and handle constructive criticism
Desire to learn and grow within a company for an extended period
Proven track record of good judgment, follow through and problem solving
Two professional references from previous direct supervisors
Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
