Summary
Perform leadership duties to ensure all employees are trained properly, and working safe and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist department supervisor in the safe & efficient operation of the department and fill-in for the supervisor when necessary
Will cross-train to back-up other Group Leads throughout the facility when needed
Ability to perform and fully understand all jobs within your area, meeting productivity and accuracy standards
Ensure daily requirements are met or exceeded by monitoring and tracking productivity of personnel
Maintain accurate records for department
Monitor contributors for compliance with respect to picking, packing, material handling, auditing, safety, and housekeeping procedures
Order Management responsibilities
Coach, counsel, and train contributors
Assist supervisor in motivating personnel to perform at optimum productivity and accuracy levels
Manage workflow in department
Participate in department meetings and projects
Operate within standard operating procedures
Use radio frequency hand held or truck mount scanning devices
Maintain neat, clean and well-organized work area
Timely and regular attendance
Willingness to be trained and provide First Responder services to the shift

Completion of the GLIT program (internal candidates)
Excellent math skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent performance and safety records - no active warnings in file (internal candidates)
Willing to work overtime as required
Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
Must have general knowledge of the business
Order Management skills and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
Must be able to lead a group, experience preferred
Ability to assume leadership responsibilities and work with minimal supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
Proficient in time management, planning, and forward thinking
Ability to assist in projects for process improvement
Ability to adapt, accept, and promote changes while encouraging a team environment to achieve business goals
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and convey information to assigned team
Must possess sound interpersonal and communication skills in several forms, including written, verbal, memos, reports and emails
Ability to follow and promote company policies and procedures
Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Working knowledge of SAP, RF and Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and utilize time-management skills
Ability to pass the motorized industrial equipment training course and obtain license.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) diploma.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
