My name is Kyle and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Copley,OH. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
The Field Service Technician will provide installation, start-ups, investigative tests, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance to our water treatment equipment at multiple customer locations throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
Participates in equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls
Trains customers on products and services
Performs maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc., and maintains documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures
Responds to service or system calls
Participates in the assessment of product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements
