Client Care Coordinator - Southeastern Guide Dogs
Southeastern Guide Dogs is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our Veterinary Clinic to monitor and direct clinic flow, manage schedules and procedures and provides excellent customer service to all clients.
Core
Responsibilities:
- Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Schedules and prepares paperwork for all incoming and on campus appointments including puppy raisers and breeder hosts.
- Schedules surgical procedures for dogs in training, maintaining and updating the vet log.
- Manages all incoming phone calls to the Veterinary Center.
- Completes administrative tasks associated with the Front Desk for the Veterinary Center. This includes data entry, completion of forms, filing and scanning of records, and other projects as assigned.
- Registers microchips for all litters and incoming puppies.
- Directs appointment flow, checking in clients and accepting drop off patients.
- Handles money exchange and payment for services.
- Maintain lobby appearance.
- Assist and support all Veterinary team members.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 year college degree preferred
- 1
years of office administrative support background required
- Ability to work independently with little direction or prompting
- Experience in a customer driven environment a plus
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
