Manager Trainee
GAIN EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING, SALES, AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Under moderate supervision, the entry level market manager acts as liaison between our clients and our
customers. Our management team is responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition through
outside sales and marketing in major retail locations.
This position is entry-level sales with an opportunity to work up to management through the company.
This employee will also be trained in operations management, human resources, and other aspects of
our business model within 4--9 months, in preparation for our national expansion. We train top-
performers into management.
DYNAMIC'S ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Manage the new account's satisfaction and knowledge of our client's product.
? This job involves in-person sales to new customers.
? Act as a mentor/coach /supervisor to subordinates within Dynamic Retail Solutions.
? Consult with customers to complete a needs assessment.
? Trains the customer on use and feature functionality the client's product.
? Communicates the customer's needs/expectations to appropriate personnel within Dynamic Retail Solutions.
? Notifies supervisor/management team of any application issues.
? Interacts with the Dynamic Sales & Marketing Management team on various issues.
? Analyze market to determine approach to new customers.
DYNAMIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
? Developing professional expertise. Working with coaches to further develop management and
leadership skills.
? General knowledge of supervising employees.
? General knowledge of human resources.
? Able to successfully train and mentor.
? Able to train customers to increase customer retention and satisfaction
? Able to communicate with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
? Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
? Self-starter, willing to learn and increase knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
