Seeking Executive Assistant who has a dynamic, energetic personality to provide administrative support to VP of International Insurance Company. Looking for someone who loves taking care of others. A true assistant. Company is located in Mercer County
Responsibilities
Prepare daily calendar and activities including prioritization of meetings, advising on potential calendar, event or corporate issues and preparing all necessary documents and meeting/marketing materials, including presentations.
Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Triaging email and tasks, liaising with internal business units, Board of Directors and external parties
Managing public relations and logistics for speaking engagements and events.
Maintain an overall awareness of the VPs business activities and the needs that are associated with each event and the needs of other parties involved in meetings.
Executive travel arrangements (e.g. booking flights, hotels, and car reservations).
Coordinate both internal and external conferences, including transportation; lodging and meeting accommodations.
Maintain and submit Expense Reports using Concur.
Schedule conference calls and in-person meetings.
Ad hoc project administrative support
Requirements
4 Year Degree
5
years as an EA and at least the last 2 years for a top executive
Technology power user
Excellent Writing Skills
Bilingual a plus
Not intimidated by titles. Comfortable with all levels. Able to handle bureaucracy
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced and challenging environment
Be resourceful, must be able to think 10 steps ahead
Possess outstanding organizational skills
Have the natural curiosity to learn of new ways of being efficient in various programs and applications
Possess great communication and interpersonal skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
