Job Description:
Perform a wide range of administrative and analytical job functions to support Marine and Industrial Spare Part Receivables activity.
Position Description:
Receivables for 200 plus customers.
Review customer receivables in the Oracle Receivables system on a daily basis.
Perform research on customer issues.
Run the weekly Cash Calls.
Provide Support to Aero Energy.
Customer Contact Call and email customers to determine status of open invoices.
Special Projects Special Projects would vary in nature depending on the needs of the business.
Some would require additional research in ISSES.
Job Requirements:
Maximum of 3 year's experience in Accounts Receivables, running aging reports, researching account status and balances and supporting end of period (i.
e.
EOM, EOQ, EOY) close activities.
Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, not required.
Knowledge and experience with ISSES database.
Experience with Oracle Receivables IBM Mainframe.
Experience ENACT / IMPACT / TSO.
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Screening Criteria Experience in customer collections and support organizations Experience in hardware support and engine maintenance activities.
