Information Technology Specialist
Serra Honda is seeking a hands on Information Technology specialist to support our sales, service, parts and accounting operations. This position will be a 30 hour per week position.
The Candidate must have a strong understanding of networking, windows 7 and 8, ability to troubleshoot problems and work in a high pace environment. The candidate should also have an understanding of web polling, SEO and other basic web marketing functions to support the efforts of the company. Familiarity with dealer software systems, such as Dealertrack, eLead and others is a plus but not required.
Job Requirements:
Follow company processes and comply with all ethical standards of conduct in assisting improve the operations of the company through IT support
Work with the General Manager and Sales Manager in improving IT operations and efficiencies
Work with vendors on improving SEO and SEM strategies for company.
Assist in other business development strategies
Strong understanding of computer systems including Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of networking
Basic understanding of graphics and use of Photoshop
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate both orally and in writingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
