Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager role in the agriculture industry. Our client, a national industry leader in sustainable agriculture, is looking for an experienced HR Professional who brings commitment and knowledge to this vastly growing organization.
Ideal candidates would be in reasonable proximity to areas such as Hermiston and Pendleton, OR or surrounding areas. As well, candidates that enjoy working in a rural farming environment will enjoy the benefits of this opportunity and all of its organic surrounding.
This is a full time position offering an extensive benefits package, matching 401K, work/life balance, and very strong compensation.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Employee relations
Answering Employment Law related queries
Recruiting
Implementing a Performance Management System
Creating job descriptions
And more
A qualified candidate will have previous Human Resources experience. This position is suitable for a generalist/manager level HR Professional.
