The Teacher provides a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development, designs and implements a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to established guidelines, and reviews important decisions with his/her supervisor while maintaining positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers. In addition the Teacher ensures safety and supervision of children at all times by meeting the physical demands of the position.Teachers must follow all state licensing regulations and maintain required continuing education requirements each year.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
