Cabinet-S-Top is seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. We are a privately owed 24-year old business with a retail showroom located just south of Cleveland, OH.
The candidate should possess the following qualities, experience and skills:
- Integrity and honesty
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office and 20/20
- Kitchen and Bath design
- Sales
Experience: cabinetry, surfaces, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, appliances
- Construction and installation knowledge
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking, detail-oriented
- Relationship building and closing skills
- Ability to estimate and sell both product and installation for a complete project
- Ability to order materials, organize the installation team and manage the project from start to completion
EDUCATION and WORK
Experience:
Two year degree, experience in interior design OR any similar combination of business education and experience.
Compensation is based on commission sales with draw, selling incentives and bonuses. Designer will be able to achieve 500K
in sales with walk-in traffic. The associate will be expected to continually grow sales and achieve projected sales goals.
