Service Appointment Coordinator

Betten Chevrolet is now hiring service appointment schedulers. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is NOT required. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Recent high volume phone experience and excellent computer skills are a MUST!

Position Details:
Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments
Confidently recommend/promote services
Outbound customer satisfaction calls
Respond to customer email & chats
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
Log customer information and purify database.
Requirements:
Experience handling in/outbound calls
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization & ability to multi-task
Thrive in fast paced environment
Ability to work well independently
Strong PC and Internet Skills
Submit to and successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Hours: Full-time position

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
