Customer Service Representative
Located in Shelbyville, TN, AB Stretch, LLC is seeking a qualified, experienced, and proven leader to join the AB Stretch team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
o Answer phones, provide customer support by answering product and service questions, and assist customers with concerns.
o Coordinate with shipping to follow up on customer orders, status of orders, and notify customers of anticipated delivery information.
o Maintain customer records by updating account information. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
o Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or notify them of concerns, investigation results, and any planned adjustments or actions.
o Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
o Work with accounting to maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
o Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o High School diploma or GED equivalent.
o 2 years prior customer service experience in manufacturing or related field.
o Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

The salary range for this position is $24,000 to $28,000, commensurate upon experience. AB Stretch also offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
