Our client is a thriving biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative treatments and through cost efficient production makes them widely available to the healthcare market. Because of their increasing impact on the global healthcare market, they are seeking experienced Senior Contract Associates to assist their legal department.
The Senior Contract Associates are responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts including CDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, MSPs, Work Orders, etc. The Senior Contract Associates will also negotiate the best terms for the organization, suggest improvements on preexisting agreements, and adhere to contract/document tracking procedures. The person in this role will work with multiple departments to ensure compliance and minimize risk in coherance with company policy.
A Bachelor's degree is required with 5
years of experience in contracts management. Experience in biotech or biopharma is preferred. A JD or paralegal certificate is beneficial.
Pay is commensurate with experience up to $60 per hour.
P1Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
