As this Production Manager, you will deliver completed, timely projects for clients. You will:
Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Assess current practices and implement cost and time savings measures across the board.
Train employees on industry best-practices.
Work with Manufacturing Engineering to standardize work instructions, processes and improve tooling and equipment adequacy.
This Production Manager Has:
Bachelors degree
5
years Management Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the aerospace industry
Knowledgeable of Lean manufacturing and various manufacturing processes and materials
Strong communication and leadership skills
Previous experience managing and achieving budgetary requirements within a department.
