Description
We are looking for: Technical Architect, who will be responsible for driving all access management and federation related initiatives. Guide the team in all the challenges of current access management and federation setup. Identify improvisation opportunity in domain related existing processes and define new processes. The incumbent needs to have expertise in Ping Federate and Siteminder along with product migration projects experience. Working knowledge of standard-based federation technologies like SAML, OAuth etc. is required. Ability to provide custom solution based on these technologies.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned IT professional for Technical Architect (Siteminder and PingFederate) position focused on customer satisfaction, execution and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated professional who can provide technical consulting in the domains related to Access management and federation design, development and implementation. Applicants with strong background and hands on experience in Single Sign On, Reduced Single Sign On, Federation, Identity & Access Management and Directory services utilizing CA Siteminder, PingFederate will be best suited for the role and will have the opportunity to work with a leading-edge IT organization with top quality employees. Ping Access exposure is a plus. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate and hardworking who can work collaboratively with our team and key clients, and lead the inception of best practices.
Principal
Responsibilities:
oResponsible for the delivery of products and solutions for Single Sign-On, Reduced Single Sign-On, Federation, PingFederate , Identity & Access Management and Directory services
oMake sure the project is progressing in the right pace and will work with the offshore project manager to create timelines to meet client deliverables
oUnderstands the solution and the domain/ industry well and act as subject matter expert to be able to understand the customer's requirement and also suggest alternatives to better the solution and alleviate the challenge/ issue being addressed
oAct as leader who can efficiently lead a team of developers, project manager and effectively work with other business units in the company and the customer team in the creation of the solution.
oShould be able to work with and collaborate with the customer and help them envision the solution value, and how it will benefit them in the longer term
oResponsible to co-ordinate with end client contacts, client project managers and application owners.
oTrain and mentor team members
Required Skills:
oAbility to design, install, configure and maintain SSO infrastructure and applications
oAbility to provide custom solution in SSO and Federation.
oStrong working knowledge of CA-Siteminder (Netegrity) policy enforcement products/concepts.
oStrong working knowledge of PingFederate.
oExperience with the following web specifications: SAML, SOAP, WS-Security, OAuth.
oExperience with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux/Unix)
oExperience with the following programming languages: HTML, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Shell Script and SQL.
oExperience with HTTP Servers web/proxy rules configuration.
oWorking Knowledge with Directories (LDAP, AD, VDS) and Databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
oWorking knowledge of PKI.
oUnderstanding of Active Directory
oAbility to Lead the Architecture / Design of Federation Single Sign On.
oIdentify and solve problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options.
oIndependently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
oPrepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports.
oPrepare and deliver regular status reports, updates and communication to the client and SDG management.
oBe a proactive member of the on-call team.
oMentor and guide less experienced team members.
oUnderstanding of Application Servers - JBOSS, Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.
oMust have worked in 24X7 supports environments.
Desired Skills:
oDevelopment experience (Java/J2 EE etc.,) would be added advantage.
oPing Access working knowledge is a plus.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement:
