Our Executive Chef holds the most senior position in our kitchen's chain of command and is responsible for everything out of the kitchen. The Executive Chef's work is dynamic, and daily activities vary in nature. A successful Executive Chef for our company must be creative and innovative with his or her recipes. The Executive Chef needs to have knowledge and experience in upscale Italian dining cuisine. Qualifications
2 Plus years as an Executive Chef with high volume Restaurant Experience
A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other field is preferred
Experience in an Upscale to Fine Dining Restaurant
Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications
Superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
Able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team
Outgoing personality
Knowledge/Experience with Upscale to Fine Dining Italian Cuisine
