Compensation: entry-level ($13-$14 per hour)

DigiStream Investigations, a technology-centric private investigations firm, seeks a Field Investigator to work under general supervision, investigating suspicious worker's compensation claims from various corporate clients.
Duties including, but not limited to:
Monitoring and videotaping various individuals as they conduct their normal day-to-day activities.
Note-taking and detailed report rendering on the activities captured by the investigator.
Requirements:
Must possess Bachelor's Degree
Strong computer skills
Ability to pass DMV, pre-employment physical and background check
Ability to start work as early as 6:00 am
Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
Must be a morning person
Must possess critical-thinking skills
Candidate must have great intuition and the ability to process many mitigating factors during the course of the investigation. Decisions are expected to be made in an accurate and timely manner and in the best interest in preserving the confidentiality of the assignment in question.
All equipment is provided including: a vehicle, company laptop, wi-fi access, a gas/maintenance card, and video equipment.
Do not apply if you cannot work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule (or similar) with an average of 10 hours per day. You will be paid to commute to and from cases.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
