THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
This client has engaged us to find a Sr. Director of Global Regulatory Affairs to lead a global regulatory team in the Immune-mediated and Neurodegenerative disease therapeutic area. You will provide strategic regulatory support for product development throughout the product lifecycle supporting efforts leading to Marketing authorization and maintenance.
You will demonstrate your expertise in effectively recruiting and managing a global regulatory team (US, EU, China, Japan, etc.)
You will show top leadership why you are a recognized expert in defining and implement strategies to ensure that consistent regulatory standards are met as well as meeting all compliance across specified therapeutic areas.
You will flex your 'regulatory muscles' by representing the company to outside customers and agencies and presenting information on current regulatory issues/landscape to senior leadership
You will affect the bottom line by developing and managing a comprehensive department budget and creating an environment that attracts the best talent.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
You will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences or related degree with 9
years of Regulatory Affairs experience. Possessing a higher degree (Ph.D., MS, etc) will really make you stand out
You will be able to show your expertise in managing international regulatory submissions and developing and managing global regulatory strategies
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively develop and lead a multi-cultural environment
You will show why you are an effective leader by clearly defining your experience with global health authorities in both ICH & non-ICH regions
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
