Payroll Coordinator - Tonopah, AZ - Contract to Possible Hire
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our Tonopah clients.
Position Overview:
Input new hire/rehire information into POS back office and Timberline.
Key and file all teammate maintenance such as increases, transfers, title changes, vacation pay, holiday pay, and address changes.
Receive, edit and manually key in teammate time.
Troubleshoot and resolve any pay issues with teammates in a professional manner while remaining in total payroll compliance.
Sort and send payroll to proper locations while following audit procedures.
Complete written and authorized employment verification requests.
Process garnishments and child support withholdings.
Prepare monthly Workforce Development reports upon request from the states.
Prepare Quarterly Multiple Worksite reports for the Department of Employment for the required states.
Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting teammates with payroll issues.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years of Payroll processing experience required
Microsoft Office knowledge with strong capabilities in Excel is required
Experience with Timberline software preferred, but not required
Experience with garnishments, payroll taxes and deductions
