POSITION
Summary: Work with the IT team in maintaining, supporting and coordinating computer equipment over multiple locations. Requires excellent desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills. Must be self-motivated, learn quickly, and communicate effectively with all team members. Reports to the IT Manager.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems
Document, upgrade and install/replace hardware and software systems
Assist in the administration of CAT specific applications (DSI,PSQ,ET,SIS)
Setup new computer equipment from images
Support end-users at corporate headquarters in Elmhurst and satellite locations
Support remote users
Train users in basic computer operations, including remote access
Purchase PC related equipment; maintain spare/replacement parts inventory
Provide redundant Help Desk support
Monitor Help Desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
Maintain corporate aircard inventory
Coordinate workload of the Computer Specialists

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/
Experience:
2-3 years supervision experience
5-7 years of PC support experience
Degree not required

Responsibilities: Supervise Computer Specialist(s)

Well organized and neat
Good attention to detail
Positive independent work ethic
Strong communication and training skills
Break/fix analytical skills
Familiarity with Office and Adobe products
Experience in a corporate environment
